It’s always exciting and an honor to be selected and awarded a new contract. The YB Marketing team will manage the client's social presence, create face-to-face events in the clients service areas and through webinars, AND contact the client's existing customers (and find some new ones in the process!) accessing current status and ways the client may improve services.

Tools we will manage and measure on our clients behalf include:

  • LinkedIn,

  • Twitter,

  • Constant Contact,

  • ZOHO CRM AND

  • the good ol' telephone!

Additionally we will

  • Research target accounts for procurement activities and history,

  • directly engage with the target accounts, and

  • Ensure all contracts useful in procurement are in place. This list includes:

    • CMAS (California Multiple Award Schedule)

    • Small Business certifications in local areas and with the state of California
