On September 13, 2021, the CA Department of Justice (DOJ), released Request for Quotation RFQ 21-028 CURES Data Collection.
The CA DOJ has an annual approved budget of over $1.1 billion and buys a lot of Information Technology (IT) goods and services.
The CURES RFQ is requesting responses for a web application to serve as a technological intermediary (YBM’s description) between the DOJ and its THOUSANDS of dispensers through
a web-based application
to collect, validate, and submit to DOJ dispensed prescription data submitted by dispensers in California and mail order dispensers from outside of California via secure electronic data transmission method(s) in accordance to ASAP 2009 Version 4.1, or higher.
DOJ anticipates transitioning to ASAP 4.2B or higher format during the term of this Contract and
estimates the monthly average volume of data collection between four and six million records per month.
The Office of the Attorney General website lists thousands of dispensers throughout California.

So, immediately consider submitting your business as a potential subcontractor if you provide any of the CURES RFQ components (services, web application, staffing, documentation, technical writing, IT products).
